How long will my order take?
Due to the bespoke nature of my products time is precious so please do try to plan ahead (sometimes easier said than done I know!). To ensure you receive invitations with plenty of time to address and send out to guests I recommend aiming to book a design slot 2- 4 weeks prior to work commencing and 8- 12 weeks before you would like to be posting them out to guests.
For Orders of Service and Table Plans I recommend that work commences a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the big day and for all other ‘on the day’ items such as place cards a minimum of 3 weeks.
Will I receive proofs?
Definitely! All prices include 4 digital proofs prior to going to print to make sure I get everything absolutely perfect for you; the first proof, 2 rounds of amends and a final 4th proof to approve for print.
Will the colours be exactly as on screen?
I make every effort to calibrate my screen with the professional printer and colours will be reproduced as closely as possible to the original design whilst allowing for slight difference in on screen colours (RGB) and print colours (CMYK). It’s it is important to note that all computer screens are calibrated differently, and there can be minor differences. The best way to be sure is to order a printed proof, which the professional printer can supply at a cost of £35.00.
Can I order a sample?
Certainly. Just head on over to my online store www.notonthehightstreet.com/juliaeastwood there is the option to order a sample on the majority of product pages.
Can I come and see you?
Of course! My studio is based in the thriving Croft Myl in the heart of Halifax. Drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange a visit.
